Before 45 days – No cancellation charges and 100% amount refund excluding booking charges.

Between 45 to 30 Days: non-refundable taxes Between 45 to 30 days prior arrival date- Upto 95% amount refund excluding booking charges and non-refundable taxes.

Between 29 to 15 Days: Between 29 to 15 days prior arrival date- Upto 90% amount refund excluding booking charges and non-refundable taxes.

Between 14 to 8 Days: Between 14 to 8 days prior to the day of arrival, Up to 50 % amount refund excluding booking charges and non-refundable taxes.

For Group Tours: For Group Tours (Booking Amount which includes Air/train/cruise tickets and hotel bookings given in advance are non-refundable).

For Customised tour: For Customised tours (Booking Amount which includes Air/train/cruise tickets and hotel bookings given in advance are non-refundable)

Note: Spot your Destination will try to refund as much as possible however it will be subject to cancellation policies of the Air/train/Cruise/Hotel Reservations. This cancellation policy does not apply to all the tours please reach out to us to confirm your cancellation policy.

Spot Your Destination (owned and operated by Spot Your Destination LLP) advises any user who accesses and uses the website to go through its cancellation and refund policy terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “terms and conditions”) carefully. Any user desirous to know about the displayed or offered services or to procure any of our services must understand them fully and is further requested to not make and accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions).

Any references to “us”, “we”, “our”, ‘Platform’ and/or in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Spot Your Destination LLP, which is an online platform for the purpose of facilitation of connection between users and such agent/operators providing travel or tours related services and who have voluntarily listed itself with the Platform to offer its services and we will have the limited role as an agent/operator.

Any references to ‘You’, ‘Traveller’, ‘User’, and/or ‘Customer’ means the person(s) in whose name and/or on whose behalf the booking is made and/or whose name is on the invoice.

Any references to ‘supplier’ and/or ‘third party providers’ means supplier or provider of any travel-related products and services in pursuance of services agreed between such agent/operators and users including but not limited to booking air/rail/bus tickets, services of arranging hotel accommodations, on the Marketplace playing the role as a facilitator arranging services between primary service provider/chain/aggregator and the Customer and not responsible for the provision of primary services of air transportation, hotel accommodation, rail transportation, bus transportation, etc. to any customer accessing or using the marketplace.

We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other travellers/persons on the booking and that person will bind all such other travellers/ persons to these Terms and Conditions.




We shall charge prices for the listed and displayed services that further will be subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice at our discretion. We further reserve our rights to exercise discretion over any changes/alterations or modifications in price changes at any time without any prior notice to you.

On account of such price change, Spot Your Destination reserves the right to recover applicable surcharges to make up for foreign currency fluctuations, changes in the various cross rate of exchange, fuel costs, the interest rate on holiday loans and the like if any. Further, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions. Prices are displayed per person unless otherwise stated.




Depending on the seasonality to the destination of travel, peak period, any specific events or festivals (such as trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.), we explicitly reserve the right to alter/modify booking amount or reservation charges without prior notice to you. We further provide that all monetary consideration (booking amount, reservations, ticket payments or similar payments) to be paid by you to us shall be exclusive of Service Tax (GST), where applicable.

Where any taxes (GST) are imposed on a supply of Services made pursuant to a booking, the recipient of that supply of Services i.e. you shall be under an obligation to pay an amount equal to the Service Tax (GST) payable in respect of that supply of Services.

Both Spot Your Destination and you agree to reasonably and in good faith cooperate with each other in the determination and administration of each Party’s tax collection and remittance responsibilities.





We secure the rights related to forfeit the booking amounts and recover cancellation charges from the concerned customer/user in the event:

  1. the tour/booking  reservation is cancelled by the customer/traveller/user (including on grounds of medical reasons); and/or
  2.  Non-adherence of payment schedule as intimated by the agent/operator to the customer/client.



We reserve the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or changes in agreed services due to Force Majeure or any other circumstances. Such refund would be based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of related agents/operators or third parties including but not limited to hoteliers, airlines, coach operators, etc. and the decision of Spot Your Destination on the quantum of refund shall be final.

Where you have made payments for the availed services in foreign currencies with or without part payment in Indian rupees, we expressly provide that any such refund shall be made only in Indian rupees at the prevailing buying rate of exchange on the date of refund as per the existing Rules & Regulations.

Such refund payments for service amendments and/or cancellations will be paid to you shall be transferred to the traveller’s account within a period of 10 business days and where specifically opted for Spot Your Destination traveller profile money wallet within a period of 2-4 business days. In case of refund in foreign currency component, the said refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund as per existing statutes, rules and regulations and that will take a minimum of ………15-20……….. days for processing such refunds.

We expressly provide that no refund shall be generated in the event where you fail to avail/utilise any service included in the tour cost or paid for services like meals, rooms, entry tickets, excursions etc., nor can any refund be made for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel tickets or vouchers and consequently we disclaim any liability towards any consequential loss, damage or extra costs suffered by you for any reasons whatsoever.



We expressly provide that we intend to provide the best possible services and assure the best level of customer satisfaction. However, please understand that the services listed on our platform are subject to cancellation refunds when notified up to a certain timeline and any communication received for the purpose of cancellation after such period shall not be entertained. Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date.

We will process your cancellation/refund request within 7-10 business days which will not necessarily include any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail with our customer service representatives/employees without filling out a request form will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged.

Cancellation must be made within proper time, either through direct communication to provided communication details or over email requests explaining proper reasons thereof.

Your purchase/procurement of services from our Platform does not automatically guarantee a reservation until and unless the same is confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review our cancellation policy.
