Itinerary

Day 1: Mumbai – Haridwar

The journey starts from Bandra Terminus to Haridwar. To travel is better than to arrive. It’s the journey that counts not the destination.

Full day in Train

Day 2: Haridwar

Arrive at Haridwar where our local tour representative will accompany you to the hotel where you will check-in and freshen up.

Afterward, you can visit the tourist attraction for rest of the day. Don’t miss the Ganga Arti at the famous Har ki Pauri Ghat. You can perform the sacred rituals of Hawan, Yagya, Sadhu Sewa, or Bhraman Bhojnam

Dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 3: Haridwar to Guptakashi

Early Breakfast and depart for Guptakashi.

Get a mesmerizing view of Ganga all during the journey. See the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi river at Devprayag.

Have lunch in the midway and you will reach your destination in the evening. Check-in at the hotel and enjoy the evening.

Dinner and overnight stay at Guptakashi.

Day 4: Guptakashi to Kedarnath Temple

Early Breakfast and leave for Sonprayag(i.e base of Kedarnath). You will be embarking on the tour through the road from Guptakashi to Sonprayag which has a distance of 30km.

After reaching Sonprayag, the bus will be parked in Sitapur parking, take the local conveyance for Gauri Kund from Sonprayag, Once you reach the Sonprayag you can proceed to the trek. It will be a 22km trek, You will also have other options, like Dolly/Ponny if you wish to skip trekking.

After your trek is completed check in to the hotel and rest

Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 5: Kedarnath Temple to Guptakashi.

Wake up to the scenic beauty of Kedarnath and enjoy a healthy breakfast at the hotel.

Take Darshan of Kedarnath temple (the temple is one of the four major sites in India’s Chota Char Dham pilgrimage sites.The temple is  the highest among the 12 Jyotirlingas )

Check out from the Kedarnath hotel, and start your descending trek towards Gauri Kund.

Once you reach the Gauri Kund, take Local transport to Sonprayag parking, get into our bus and depart to Guptakashi.

Dinner and Overnight stay at Guptakashi.

Day 6: Guptakashi to Haridwar.

After Breakfast check out from Guptakashi hotel and start towards Haridwar.

En route see the Confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini river at Rudraprayag Late evening check in to the hotel and enjoy your last night of the tour in the hotel.

Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 7: Haridwar to Rishikesh

After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed for Rishikesh (Yoga Capital of India).

Explore the many shrines and temples in Rishikesh, Enjoy River Rafting (own cost), and Visit Ram jhula, Evening Ganga Arti at Parmarth.

After Dinner Night Journey to Delhi.

Day 8: Delhi to Mumbai

Morning Arrived at New Delhi railway station to board the train for Mumbai.

Know before you go for Kedarnath Yatra 2022

All travelers including co-travelers must carry 2 passport size photo and 2 photocopies of valid id proof along with the originals(voter id, passport, driving license, are only accepted). Travelers are recommended to share Soft copies with the tour operator on official WhatsApp chats/groups at least 3 days prior to the trip.

Spot your Destination reserves the right to rearrange or change the itinerary if possible for various reasons that are beyond control like natural calamity, weather conditions, roadblocks, etc.
Transfer of your booking to another person is not allowed. The name mentioned at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.

As per North guidelines, Vehicles are not on disposal & may not deviate from the itinerary unless any issue occurs such as bad weather, Political/social disturbances, roadblocks, VVIP movements & state transport rule prohibition. Transport services are from point to point only.

Spot your destination may do their best to provide an accommodation out of the accommodation list shared with the guest however a *similar hotel in the category booked by the traveler may also be assigned pertaining to various reasons like unavailability, Maintenance, Security, feedback from multiple guests & extenuating circumstances like an accident at a hotel or intervention of local authorities, bad weather, Political/social disturbances, roadblocks, VVIP movements & state transport rule prohibition. We will inform you about the change & reasons behind it in advance.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities or sightseeing may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try to provide an alternate feasible activity when it’s possible. Real-time cancellation is not entertained due to any reasons whatsoever. There will be no refund applicable. The rescheduling date of travel is treated as a cancellation. 100% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee due to charges levied in pre-planning & pre-bookings.
